If you have received your order and you’re not happy with it we are sorry to hear that. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Pleas ensure you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure a refund can be provided.
All sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless discussed with us.
You are responsible for getting the package back to us so please ensure you have tracking so there are no issues with the order getting lost. Item/s need to be in the condition that they were received in and no refunds will be processed for damage stock.
We are happy to do exchanges however please refer to the sizing guide on our website or contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing. Items purchased on sale or discounted cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
